The Founder
Where El Amor comes from.
Before El Amor was a travel brand, it was a question.
For years, I worked with young people through a next-generation mentorship academy — walking alongside them through the confusion, the identity crises, the poor decisions that so often define the early years of a life.
And over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore. The struggles these young people faced rarely started with them. They were rooted in the environments they came from. In families that had never paused long enough to reconnect. In couples who had drifted without noticing. In parents who provided everything except deliberate presence.
Family is the first institution. It is where identity is formed, values are transferred, and futures are quietly shaped — for better or worse. And I realised: if we want to change what the next generation becomes, we have to strengthen the foundation they stand on.
“What if we could intentionally rebuild the family experience? What if we could create moments where couples reconnect before life pulls them apart — where families pause long enough to realign — where individuals step away from the noise to rediscover themselves?”
That question became El Amor.
El Amor is not simply a travel company. It is a conviction expressed through extraordinary journeys. Every honeymoon we design is an investment in the marriage that will shape a family. Every legacy trip we curate is a pause — a chance for a family to remember who they are to each other. Every retreat is an invitation to return to yourself.
Because when love is intentional, when families are aligned, and when people are grounded in who they are — we don’t just create beautiful moments. We create lasting legacies.
